4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

- Any customs or import duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions unless they are faulty or incorrect.

- If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

- Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the item is returned in its original, unused condition.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

- We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate.

- Due to variations in screen settings, we cannot guarantee exact colour matches.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are satisfied with the product before ordering by requesting a colour match or visiting one of our stockists.
